IN MY DREAMLAND

I asked the great spirits

That watches the immortal gates—

"Leave me to sleep my sleep of bliss

That my mind may bear wings and fly"

And to my awe, my plea was heard.

There are many voices in my head

Vying for my attention.

I close my tired eyes

And shift to the realm beyond—

There is the darkness

That always fail to block my way.

There is the veil of death

That always fail to darken

The refuge I find in my dreams,

And when I reach my dreamland;

The realm of infinite possibilities—

I become a dreamer

And starts to dream my dreams.
