I FOUND GOD

II.

One day,

I sat under the great tree

At the border of my village

Where I pilgrim to from my house

That I may meditate in peace,

Free from the whispers of the world,

Because I found a secret—

I found the secret of life

That made mankind to bring forth

And bear children of potential—

The secrets that made the birds fly,

That made the fishes to swim

Was laid bare to me.

I found the secret of life

That made man to hear sounds,

That made man see realities,

And say possibilities.

Aye! The secret to how mankind sleep

And wake up with the strength of an ox

Was laid bare before me.

At last,

I lay my head in my hands

And wept in joy

For the secret is God.
